I ordered my upgrade on Monday 2nd and was told it would be dispatched within 24 hours if the device is in stock, it was in stock when I ordered but it's been 48 hours now and there's been no updates whatsoever. I'm just wondering if it's normal to be waiting this long for dispatch or if there's a problem with my order?

Yeah, if you ordered next day delivery, you should have heard something by now. The website does say expected dispatch within 7 days at the moment, so it could be stock related.
Have you had your confirmation emails for the order?

Yeah I received a confirmation email straight away that also says it was in stock and would be dispatched within 24 hours.

It may be worth speaking to the Mobile Care team then, @Becky_
They have access to your account and will be able to personally check your order for you.
