How do I confirm my order for upgrade has gone through?

I have received an email with a code however whenever I go to try and track the order it says invalid. Is there another way to confirm my order for upgrade has gone through. 

 

 

My app is still trying to get me to upgrade

I would recommend getting in touch with our mobile care team who can check your account and confirm this.
