Hello,
I would really like to get some feedback to the manager of the customer services representative who has helped me today.
After an awful experience with a lady called Kylie, I called back in and spoke to a gentleman called Ryan in the Newcastle call centre.
Within minutes he had resolved the issues I was experiencing with my upgrade, was really apologetic for his colleagues nastiness, and I was so grateful to be thanked for my frontline NHS service in the emergency department, it’s the first time I’ve been acknowledged for my hard work during the pandemic and it reduced me to happy tears and will push me to carry on over the winter months.
So much thanks for Ryan and his help today.

It's so lovely to read how amazing Ryan was when you spoke to him and how he has made you feel fantastic as you should, and this is the level of service we want you to receive when you call 🙂
