I upgraded my phone today, and I haven’t received a email or anything? 
when I upgraded it said I would receive by tomorrow? 
Someone help please haha x

Hi,

I haven’t had anything. Apart from a email to say I need to send my phone back by the 8th November? 
When I ordered it, I was told it would be here by Saturday?
