How do I claim Samsung Watch?

Good evening! I upgraded my contract, and I've been told I can claim a Smart Watch for free. How do I claim it? My new phone should arrive on Monday.

I'm guessing it's a Samsung.

 

You do it through the Samsung Members app once you receive the phone.
