I'm getting too many phishing calls pretending to be from my service provider, all numbers on my caller display seem to be international. This is becoming a nuisance - several calls every morning.

You can't using EE features but you could buy yourself a Nuisance Call Blocker handset.

Thanks Xray. I have a phone with call blocker but I have to enter each caller number to have them blocked. The nuisance calls I'm getting all have different numbers, and are from places like Turkey, Indonesia, India, etc. so I want to block all calls from outside UK. Meantime I will only answer a call if the caller display shows a known UK number.

@boltonian45 which phone do you have?
I hade a similar problem, but the phone I have has an option where any caller not in my directory has to "press 1" to get through. This seems to be enough to stop the scammers and auto diallers, and as not many people call me on the land line these days not a hassle to enter known numbers.

I have an old BT Nuisance Call Blocker landline phone. In the settings I can block all calls from withheld or International numbers - do you have anything like that? I'm not sure if it is entirely successful with spoofed numbers however.

I put a recorded funny message on my answer phone directed at scammers, they just hung up straight away 🤣
Since changing my package I dont have the problem as I dont need a landline as all mobile calls are free!!!
