Which router? All but the smart router allow you to change the nme of wireless channels via the router admin pages.

Hi,

Thanx for your reply, yes I have the new smart router after upgrading, I got my phone to connect to the 2.4ghz now which I need to do, but when I put the router password in its saying wrong password, I presume dual has just the one password given ?

You can't on the white EE Smart Router, only on the black Smart Hub.

It's the same pwd for both bands.
