Does anyone know how to rename 2.4ghz on the dual wifi, some of my items cannot pick up the 2.4ghz so is not recognising just the 2.4ghz needed to connect.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Thanx for your reply, yes I have the new smart router after upgrading, I got my phone to connect to the 2.4ghz now which I need to do, but when I put the router password in its saying wrong password, I presume dual has just the one password given ?

You can't on the white EE Smart Router, only on the black Smart Hub.
It's the same pwd for both bands.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
