Having trouble cancelling upgrade and contract over phone.

I upgraded my contract online over the weekend and it's due to arrive tomorrow, I have now decided I want to cancel my upgrade and contract. I tried ringing EE and apparently failed 2 of the security questions, could I go into the store and cancel it all instead?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you refuse the delivery tomorrow it will go back to the warehouse and the upgrade will be cancelled once the phone is scanned back in.

@Emmaalouise21 I would also speak to the channel returns team so they can note the account that you no longer want the upgrade their number is 0800 079 0103.

Good Morning and welcome to the community @Emmaalouise21.

 

You can visit your local EE Store however if you have been unable to answer the security questions over the phone, photo ID will be required. 

 

Alternatively, you can follow the advice given from @David and refuse delivery of your new handset.
