Yeah I'd be unhappy, as I said I'm not bothered about delay, it's just that if they don't honour my return phone period and charge me for this current phone I'd be annoyed. I'm sure they will give more time if I don't get my phone till next week for example.

For what it's worth; I ordered a 256gb black pro last week and was told by support this morning "if the page said expect launch day when you ordered, you will get it on launch day"

Guess the google shipment to EE is quite big, especially given some people got texts >2 hours ago and some less than 20 minutes ago.

Just had my DPD confirmation! 128gb sorta sunny.

@PracticallyGeek EE won’t expect you to return your device until after you received your new one. I had the same worry last year when my iPhone 12 was delayed by 6 weeks!

Just had an email that is coming tomorrow. 

It's strange than I've had every Pixel on pre order and this is the 1st time the order tracking hasn't worked.

I hadn't thought of downloading the DPD app. I just did and got a notification straight away saying EE would deliver tomorrow. No text or email from EE so I never would have known!

Nothing for me in the EE or DPD app. Still hopeful for tomorrow based on some of the customer service exchanges posted in this thread. 🤞

My Pixel 6 Pro is supposed to arrive tomorrow but my tracking still says "awaiting confirmation"?
