Getting An Upgrade: The EE Saga

Well here is my story about my ongoing saga to get an EE upgrade. 

I received a text message telling me I could upgrade so on the 4th of February I did just that and ordered myself a new iPhone 11. Why not, I’ve got a promotion and deserve to treat myself. 

A few days pass and I hear nothing so on Tuesday I contact customer services, apparently there was a problem with my order. They didn’t actually send me anything to tell me this and if I hadn’t of rung I doubt they would by the sounds of it. However the customer service rep tells me he will sort it for me, after a little

while he tells me it’s stuck in their system and he needs to cancel everything to do with my phone and restart so it can work. Absolutely fine, as long as I get the new phone I can live without this one for 15 minutes. However that still didn’t work so I got told I’d receive a call yesterday. 

Today has come around and I have still heard nothing, I try and ring customer services but after 7 minutes on hold the call cuts out, online chat cannot help and Facebook just haven’t even answered.

 

Tune in next week to see if I have my iPhone 11 yet...
