I upgraded with a benefit of having a free Nintendo switch, it said it would be delivered/ dispatched 14-25 days after ordering my phone, but I haven't received any confirmation or email about it. How does it work? Does it get sent automatically? Do I receive any updates?

Your free gift will be sent to your account registered address. If it's over 25 days since purchase then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.
