I seem to have an issue when I select Locate Phone from the Find my Phone app on the S Watch 3 4GEE Model, it says 'couldn't find your Phone?

@JonnoTheLad   Is your phone switched on ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
