Ex husband refusing to return phone and watch in my name .

My ex has an Apple Watch and iPhone which are both in my name, he is not paying the bill and he is refusing to return them to me. I have had them blocked so they are no use to him,would they be considered to be stolen?

Have you had both the phone and the SIM card blocked on the phone?

This would have the same effect as reporting the phone as stolen.
