Error 28 messages

Hi, I just tried to send few messages and all of them have not been sent due to error 28. I checked the message centre number as suggested but still getting error 28. I restarted the phone but with no luck. The messages are short and to UK numbers. I on a monthly plan with unlimited txt and data. My phone is huaiwei.

Are you in the UK?
Someone else had this same problem on Huawei but they were on PAYG. Have you checked your phone for updates?
I would also check EE Network Status Checker.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I am in the UK. The phone is updated and the Network Status Checker shows that everything is OK with the network in this area. 🤔

I have seen this error a few times, can you make & receive calls ok?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
