Internet will not work on my huawei tablet and keeps coming up with the message Err_connection_reset

many help to resolve this would be brilliant

Does tablet have SIM or is it running off your home BB?

Is your tablet connected to WiFi when this happens, or 4G?

Have you tried restarting it?

Connected to 4G, reset it, restarted it, literally tried everything

I cant do a full factory reset as it’s our work tablet and has our work apps on it
