I have an old Huawei - T-Mobile phone that has several “Incomplete” Messages which I am unable to delete. Does anyone know how to delete them?

@snakebiteburnet   What model on phone is it ?

Hi! Marc,
As I said it is a Huawei manufactured for T-Mobile circa 2000. It looks like a BlackBerry of that era. My wife uses it as an Emergency Phone. Over the years, several messages hace come up flagged, Incomplete and they will not Erase individually. My wife is reluctant to try Erase All as some messages are emotionally important to her.
Hope you can help.
Thanks

Hi @snakebiteburnet

I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much or is it a chilled one?

Some older phones don't allow you to delete individual messages. Is it possible for your wife to somehow capture the important message and save them somewhere else so she can delete all?

I don't think screenshots were a thing on phones back then, so maybe she could take a picture of them on a modern device or something like that?

Thanks
