Ee perks password reset not working

I've been trying to reset my ee perks password, I've checked my junk and inbox however still.nothing. any advice

Hi 

  1. I spoke with someone regarding my nhs perks email. I was advised to register again this evening from scratch however  it is still saying my nhs email is invalid - can anyone help me???!!!
