I purchased my upgrade on Saturday 11th. I understand there will be delays in delivery due to the bank holiday. I know DPD will let me know but with your 1 day dispatch, what would be your estimated day of delivery?

I rang and it turns out that the order hadn't gone through and the phone was out of stock. All sorted now.

I ordered a new phone on Saturday 11th as my phone broke. I did not get confirmation email so no order number. Was told phone be delivered tomorrow. I am NHS worker so my phone is needed.
could I get email to confirm delivery and even a time
