Early upgrade

I have paid for an early upgrade and placed an order for an iPhone which stated it was in stock. The following day I received an email stating the phone wasn't in stock but the upgrade fee has still been taken out of my bank. My account is in credit for the upgrade amount but it won't let me order a different phone without having to pay the fee again.

The fee which has been taken should be refunded to your account. 

 

If you give us a call, our upgrades team may be able to help process your new order.
