Hi Can anyone help me please, I paid to early upgrade my phone about 3 o clock today and I still haven’t had an email and my EE is not showing any record of this at all but the money went out of my account and I definitely did this through EE I went through my app & on my bank statement it does say EE limited but it’s pending. Has this happend to anyone else? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi - I completed mine on the phone today with EE, I have not had confirmation, although just spoken to someone on chat who gave me and order number but the tracking doesn't work. I was told it will update in due course.
