Hi @Watson1980

Welcome to the community.

What kind of phone is the one you're looking to keep?

Chris

I currently have the iPhone 11 Pro Max

ideally I’m trying to lower my plan so looking at either another iPhone cheaper or either going to a Samsung

Ah, OK cool. Check out this Upgrade Anytime help page, @Watsoin1980.

It would depend on how much time you have left on your contract, and the memory size of your iPhone 11 Pro Max. The help page tells you how much it would cost to keep the phone.

Chris 🙂

About 4 months left on this specific contract.
is there anyway someone could look at it for me and dm me what the costs are and if ok I’ll happily call in later

Which memory size is your iPhone, @Watson1980?

If you're not sure, just go to settings > General > About > Capacity.

Chris

64gb

Thanks, @Watson1980.

If you have less than 12 months remaining on your contract and you're looking to upgrade early as part of the upgrade anytime option, the cost to keep your iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB would be £495.

Once you hit the last 45 days of your contract, you can upgrade normally, without an early upgrade fee and keep the phone at no extra cost.

So if you can hang on till then, that would probably be the cheaper option.

If you would like to someone to check your account specifically, I'd recommend trying our live chat option on the get in touch help page. 🙂
