EE refusing to send me a new nano sim

I currently have 2 phones - one is my main business phone with EE and the other is a phone that i pay for every month for my mother. That account was orginally a t-mobile account.

 

I need a new nano sim as i bought her a new phone and the old sim will not work.

 

there does not appear though to be any way of ordering a new sim for her as EE refuse to allow this

 

thy want me to cancel the old Tmobile account and start a new more expensive EE account

@sunshinewelly1   When you speak with customer services you need to request a replacement SIM card not a new SIM card.   A replacement sim will be a 3 is one sim with the same number on it and it’ll be the same account.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
