I have tried to access my EE Perks account at work but my account has been deactivated as I didn’t verify my work email address within the specified time. I couldn’t verify my account because my work pc will not allow me to access the link. I work for the NHS and the security on the system is high. Spoke to an agent online but they wouldn’t give me the nhs discount without the code even though my current plan has the discount applied to it. Please can you help.

Hi I have been constantly sent round in circles
I have an EE perk account , I received the email to click a link for my discount codes as my contact is almost up
when I click the link and log into my EE perk account it states the account has been deactivated.
I have had endless phone calls to EE and my work HR TEAM and they have no idea what to do as there is no contact number , I have tried re registering and again it does t let me and is saying there is already an account registered with my email address ,
I have seen on other community posts that a member of EE perks team has to reactivate my account , of this is correct can somebody please give me the contact details to do so
this is getting ridiculously stressful

If you don't verify your Perk account within 30 days of registration, your account is deactivated.
