There’s always one. I suggest you acquaint yourself with EE’s dispute resolution procedure.

@ewanrw I honestly do not need to. However, if people are like sheep and allow themselves to be used and abused then yes they might need to.

However, I am too old to worry about bailiffs knocking at my door, so if I do not get what I pay for, then I walk. It is simple as that.

My broadband is with another company, and my phone line is not working, at first I was offered £5 compensation, then £10, I stuck to my guns and had a month free while the phone line is down.

My contract is over in five months, I was originally thinking of switching that over to EE, but the amount of complaints I am seeing then, it is kind of looking a bit dubious.

I also have to question the validity of some of the users, customer services in disguise or genuine customers?

Why would people want to hang around a forum for years? I know that I am only here until my promo is sorted, once that happens, then I am gone, but to hang around after is a bit suss

Regards

Mark

Some people may have an interest in the product or service that the forum is discussing, maybe they work in the industry but don't providing some "help" in their spare time.

Regular contributors on numerous forums across the web, all have their own reasons for doing so.

“It is simple as that.”

Sure 👍🏼
