Hi,
I purchased a 4g EE mini mobile Wi-fi for my Nan to use with an Amazon for Christmas so we can see her and she can see us through tiers and lockdowns but around 17 minutes every time we drop in it freezes and we have to wait a minute before we can reconnect but then it does it again.
my Nan doesn’t have anything connected and she has 27.4gb of 30 left .
Is there anything I have to do to stop it freezing or is there an alternative?
Thanks

No it’s plugged in to the mains and is right next to the Amazon Show.
when we first set it up it was a little way away and the Show was very glitchy.

Dunno which router that is. The 4GEE WiFi Mini is not mains powered. Post an image of it.

Sorry, it has a usb cable but I have connected it to a plug and use the main power to power it as my Nan doesn’t have a computer, laptop or anything that you can plug usb part of the cable into.
