E sim

I have ordered a new E sim by calling the helpline. After a few hours my original sim network stopped working even though I haven’t received my new e sim yet.

is it normal?

@Ahsan2  The eSim is built in to the phone,  are you sure you’ve not ordered a replacement SIM card ?     If you had requested a QR pack you would of received a QR code that you scan with your camera to move your physical Sim card information onto the eSIM that’s built into the device.   Sounds like you requested a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sounds like they ordered you a new sim card rather then an esim pack.

Your current sim wouldn't stop working until you have activated the esim pack.
