Just received my text from dpd confirming my delivery but says ID is needed but I won't get home till 10 pm and have been told my parents can sign as they havd the same last name as me. Will I have any issues?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

No I'm picking my phone up from a local dpd depot in the area. And hoping I can pick it up with no problems

When collecting your phone from your local depot, you'll need photo ID and the card they left.

Will I have a card if ive selected I'm going to collect from them? It just says id and utility bill nothing about a card

Did you arrange to collect from a DPD Pickup shop?

If you are, you won't need a card, just the ID you mentioned.

No I'm able to pick it up from my nearest depo have just been told to bring id and a bill. They never mentioned a card
