Difficulty in Porting from Lebara to EE

Hi All,

 

I have a Lebara SIM card and wanted to port to EE. I got the PAC number from Lebara and tried porting it as per the instructions provided on the EE website, but for some reason it would not recognise the current EE number belonging to the SIM card. Please refer to the screenshot for what i mean. Any and all help would be deeply appreciated.

@AB795  You imagine has been rejected due to the fact you’re posting your phone number on a public forum.    If your having issues doing this yourself then the best thing to do is call EE customer services and give them the pac code.     To point out your number will not start to port until Monday and should be done by Tuesday as it take up to 24 hours to port and number ports do not happen over the weekend.
