Hi all,
I hope someone can help with this query! I have multiple EE simcards that have got credit on, but have been 'deregistered' as I haven't used them in ages.
I saw in another post that when a SIM is deregistered due to inactivity you have to order a new SIM, but is there any way I can transfer the credit on to this new SIM or is that lost?
Thank you in advance.

@emilylloyd96 : Sounds like they've gone into hibernation.
When did you last use each for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Hi there,
Thanks so much for your response it is really helpful - unfortunately I think these SIMs have not been used for a year or so, so they will not be able to be reactivated. Does this mean that I cannot get the credit from them? Or put the credit on to a new SIM?

Yes, you've lost any credit on them as well as the nos. EE gave you a 3 month leeway to reactivate them & reinstate the credit.
