Delievery on upgrade

Hi does anybody know roughly how long it takes for an upgrade to be delievered to home address? It says it was in stock and would be despatched in 1 day, i ordered yesterday but the tracking isnt saying anything about the phone..... it just says sorry cant give you information on this yet.....

Yeah i havean xkn number, have tried tracking it but it says sorry cant disclose any dilevery updates yet..... i ordered on monday so im abit confused as it was in stock and said would be despatched in 1 day..... hmmm

Which phone did you order? Are you using an XKN reference number or a tracking number (beginning 00) on the order tracker?

Still nothing... have rang 150 but not much help.... was told dpd would send a text the day before delivery.
