Data usage. I always use minimal data. This month I have had a data usage email saying it has run out. No different pattern. I gifted data from another account and it has reset and shows that I have used almost none! How do i see the amount of data used. The phone itself shows minimal use and I cannot believe I have used more than usual let alone 20 GB more

I normally find this is the best way to check whilst connected to mobile Data.

If you use Android, I find Internet Speed Meter Lite to be useful to see instantaneous bandwidth usage, to see usage day-by-day, and to see a summary of the month.

I want to check what the usage has been over the past month. I frankly do not believe my usage has gone up from under 1 GB to 20 GB when nothing else has chnaged

This happened to me Tuesday. I was out yesterday so only logged in this morning. I tried to log through to checking my data. It told me I could buy some more; otherwise my account would reset on 05 June (tomorrow). When I checked my BALANCE it told me I had used 0 bytes of free data during this billing period. I also found that I hadn't registered my account with EE; so did so and subsequently joined the community, where I saw this recent message posted. I am not sure how much this reply helps except to say this is what has happened to me in the same time frame as the original poster.

I started this thread and No! No resolution.
I was gifted some data but that is not the point. I believe the message was wrong as the app shows I had not used the data.
How do you see current usage....is there no breakdown? Other accounts I have you can check as you go along. I may have to switch over from EE to them.

Our Customer Care team will be able to check your data usage and see if there are any irregularities.
