DPD

I’ve ordered a new phone with you on contract without realising I’d need photo ID to accept it from DPD so the driver wouldn’t leave it with my mother-in-law while I was working.

I called EE yesterday to rearrange it all and a nice chap said he’d change the delivery name to hers so she could accept it on my behalf. I get an email from DPD accepting the new delivery day (today) but now it’s saying it’s just being sent back to EE and I never got a delivery time for today either so they’ve obviously just sent it straight back today rather than redeliver.

What can I do to get the phone delivered?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If this has been sent back to us this will need to be reordered which can be done after you receive notification of this being received at our warehouse. 

 

If you do not have photo ID, someone who has the same last name as yourself at the delivery address will be able to sign for the parcel.
