Getting quite frustrated with this now so figure I should ask.
I'm trying to order a new phone on a pay monthly deal. I have attempted this order about 7 times now. Every time I do it, I get through to part of the Checkout System called "Added protection" and there's just a micro-window on the page of the EE website homepage. Once was irritating, so I moved from my phone to my PC, and the issue is exactly the same. The Website just feels like a Jumbled mess and nothing is clear cut. There are COVID reminder panels over the top of some words so if there is a box or a button to fill out I can't see it. Nothing about this process has been quick or easy or simple - I don't wanna buy 5 or 6 different extras or browse the range, I'm trying to order the phone I want with what I want and it's going nowhere. I'm horrendously frustrated because I have absolutely no clue what to do, and trying to renavigate it isn't exactly intuitive. Can some please respond and let me know whether it's something I'm doing wrong, or whether its an issue with the website or that there's a massive red button that says "proceed to confirmation" so I can get on with this.

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies, then try again?
If you're still getting trouble, I'd recommend contacting our Upgrades Team over the phone so they can help with this.
