Can't call out

I am in Portugal, i could call yesterday out but now am unable to. No issues with data.How can I contact ee without calling them?Email or what's ap or a chat with a person?Please help as I urgently need to make calls.

Get away for free.

If EE are worried at all about the customerswould it not be a good idea to have a amnesty on contract payments to move to a new provider.That way wouldn’t need this or 150 to handle complaints.Happy alround.
