Contract coming to an end.

Hey, my contract is coming to an end on the 18th September, and I do not wish to renew or stay with EE. Do I need to give notice or will it just end on the end date?

Hi @Becca2403

Welcome to the EE community

EE mobile contracts aren't fixed-term contracts that end on a particular date, they are ongoing contracts that have a minimum term.

Unless you explicitly give 30days notice to disconnect, then your plan will continue as normal.

If you want to cancel your line and disconnect, then you need to call EE C/S on 150 and give 30days notice to do so.
