Confusion on order for an additional sim for a mifi dongle

EE appear to have confused my order for an additional sim with my existing contract

following message received but new SIM not shipped. The number on the message is that of my handset what I ordered would need a new number for the dongle.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem with your order. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team as soon as possible. The quickest way is through 150 on your EE phone.
