Complaints procedure roadmap.

Could anyone please tell me what the EE complaints handling process is. 
from the time a complaint is made to how outcomes are delivered. 
I have recently made a complaint and was told firstly we are looking into it and then next communication via email and texts was the case was closed. 
Even the links on the site to the email we form show we could not find the page

I would love to give EE a fair opportunity to resolve this before escalating it to the ombudsman

If you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. Here is the Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
