Chat and phone

Has anyone else had problems with live chat and phone tonight. Was told my s20 ultra would be delivered on the 10th then that changed to 13th. 13th came and was told I would get it between 13th and 18th. And i have been cut off four times on chat and three times on phone

@Chris23Tindall   You’ll be notified when the device will be delivered to you by DPD and until you get that notification do expect to get it at anytime.   Samsung don’t have that device is stock themselves so don’t expect EE to have any just yet.
