Changing handset from Nokia C2 to iPhone7

I'm changing phones. from a Nokia C2 to an iPhone 7. Will I need a new SIM card?

According to GSM Arena specs , the Nokia C2 takes a Nano-size SIM.

Apple help confirms the same for the iPhone 7

So no, your existing SIM should fit in your new phone perfectly well.
