How long after cancelling an order will i receive the upfront fee i paid for early upgrade?

As a general rule, it would be credited to your account within 5 days (possibly within 24 hours depending on how quickly it's processed), @Harrydraper63.

 

Once it's on there, a refund can be requested back onto the card or into the Direct Debit account. It can depend on how much the refund is for and how it has been requested as to how long it would take.

Welcome to the community.

 

Was the payment for an equipment fee or was it for an early upgrade fee? Was it an upgrade or a new connection?

 

Did you receive any equipment that you had to return?

It was an upgrade,and paid and early upgrade fee. And no did not receive any equipment

The early upgrade fee will be credited to your EE account within 5 working days of the cancelled order. If there's a credit balance on your account, a refund can be requested to the card you paid from (or to the Direct Debit account).

I've had 3 different responses now as to how I will receive my refund!!! 1 person said 24 hours onto my ee account,a gentleman on chat as literally just told me I will receive within 8 days on the card I made payment with and now your saying within 5 days onto my ee account... are you able to get me a clear answer if possible?????
