Cancel Upgrade

Hi,

I saw I was eligible for an upgrade and as such was looking at what phones I could upgrade to.

I saw a plan I liked and went to look at it. I had a student discount code from studentbeans which I wanted to use, but couldn't find where to enter it, as such I figured there would be a place where I could enter it on the payment stage.

I went to the payment stage, putting all my bank details in etc, all the while making sure not to click anything that said confirm, only continue. There were also the 4 stages to upgrading a plan; add-ons, extras, details, and confirm.

I was on the third stage, details, where i typed in my bank details etc which I figured would be fine as I still had the confirm page, where I assumed all details regarding the contract would be shown, and where I could enter my discount code.

After entering my bank details, I clicked continue, only to my surprise to have purchased a new contract upgrade, without ever being able to enter my student discount code 🙂

Any help with how I would be able to retrospectively cancel this upgrade, as without the student discount it's very costly.

Kind regards,

Matthew
