Cancel Upgrade

Hi, 

 

Please cancel my recent upgrade to the iPhone 11 for £58 per month. It’s too expensive for me right now.

I did request a return envelope to send the phone back to EE but had not received it so I sent it back with DPD today 12/01/21.

 

Please refund my £70.90 ASAP.
