Can’t add my phone to my ee

Every time I try add my phone to the my ee app and on browser it says technical issues

Stating the obvious does not help me in anyway.

Tried to call. All I got was to go to ee.co.uk and to set up an account. Not even a chance to speak to a person.

I guess I’ll just have to use the 30 days I have and then switch to another provider.

Thanks fore coming back to us.

 

When you call you should be directed to our Pay as you go Care team if can you hold until your transferred, they will be able to help you get this looked into.
