Can’t add my phone to my ee

Every time I try add my phone to the my ee app and on browser it says technical issues

Same problem here. Would like to sort it out asap.

For me it just automatically logs me out

Hi all,

 

Could you try logging out of My EE, then logging back in this morning and trying again?

Didn’t work. Neither on My EE app or EE website.

I tried that still doesn't work

Are you able to delete, then install the app again?

 

I've just tried to log in and it was successful.

Did it. Didn’t work.

I have no problem to log in. The problem is to add device to my account. And without adding the device the app is useless.

I enter my phone number, then the number I receive via sms. After that it says Sorry, we are experiencing a problem and trying to fix it.

the same thing happens when I do it through website.

Basically a useless service right now.

The sim works ofcourse, but that’s about it. Not possible to check balance or do a refill online.

It sounds like your account may be stuck in the setup process.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our live chat team so they can check your account and help you to get set up.
