When I visit the UK for 3 weeks in September I would like to purchase a cheap disposable phone only for the purpose of making local phone calls. I wouldn’t use more than 5 hours total phone time. Can I buy this type of phone with prepaid minutes at the EE store in Trinity Square, G108, 22 Ellison Walk, Gateshead NE8 1BF when I arrive in the UK? How much do they cost? Do you have information about this on your website; I couldn’t find it.

Hi @gini
Yes you can buy a PAYG phone and credit from in store . Cost is dependent on the device you want to buy. Most supermarket also sell PAYG phones.
You could also buy a cheap phone from Amazon and bring it with you, picking up a SIM at the airport.
Thanks
