Text britbox to 150, text "yes " back and the return text said sorry something went wrong try again later, i have and its the same, I'm trying to get the 6 months from ee as one benefit

Are you on WiFi, if so switch it off, you need to do the whole process using the Mobile Data and using the SIM you are trying to get the 6 months trial with.

 

There two parts to the sign up. First you need to active with EE, which sounds like you are trying to do, you can confirm if it worked by checking on your EE Account under Add On's.

 

Second part is to link your EE BritBox subscribtion to BritBox, through this Link -

https://www.britbox.co.uk/ee

Then follow the sign in procedure
