Blocking kids from buying data

Hi! How can I totally block my son from buying data? I did it on the app, I called the customer service, but still he is able to do it. I am still charged again. They are under my plan.

@GinaRN  you can stop purchases like this by logging into your EE account and disabling the option to purchase data.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
