Awaiting new iPhone.

Hello,

 

I’m hoping someone can help. I upgraded to an iPhone Pro 12, 256gb in pacific blue, on 20 November. When I track it just says “awaiting confirmation”, which probably means it’s out of stock? Unless there’s been an error and they’ve forgotten about me. My friend ordered the same phone after me and he already has his. How much longer am I expected to wait?

I’m having the same issue!! I ordered my I phone 12 pro on 20th November...still nothing

Welcome to the community.

 

The delivery guidance for the iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific Blue when you ordered was that it will be delivered when we receive more stock from the manufacturer.

 

@Kellmic - If you ordered the same version, the guidance is the same. Let me know if you chose a different memory size and/or colour.

The guidance for this memory size is to expect dispatch within 28 days from ordering.
