I ordered the iPhone 13pro as an upgrade. I selected blue because the lard time was 7 days for dispatch rather than 28 for all others.
it’s now 8 days later and I have not received a dispatched notification.
Also my new contract is scheduled to start in a few days, will I be expected to start paying even though I have not received my new device?

Which storage size did you order?
Your new contract won't start until your phone is dispatched.
